The wildlife tour i booked was very nice and the team was helpful. the restaurant shelter was great, i admired its atmosphere. the location was amazing. I appreciated the convenience.
i found no bottled water provided. there was no milk available for coffee or tea. the shower curtain needed washing.

the restaurant was situated right outside the front, it offered great convenience. i found the bed VERY comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep.
the car park view from my patio door was disappointing, it really impacted the scenery. the power outage at 6pm was inconvenient! it left us sitting in darkness until midnight

the staff were helpful with local excursions. i booked a boat tour, it was easy because the marina is directly on the hotel. free parking was a plus too.
sound insulation was not adequate. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms during the night.
